Eligibility Requirement: These apartments are reserved for upper-class students. You must be a second-year student or higher with 18 or more on-campus credit hours to be eligible to apply. There is no GPA requirement.

Maintenance and Security: The properties are VU maintained, and there is a 24-hour on-site property manager available to handle issues. Campus Police patrols the area to ensure safety.
