VINCENNES, Ind. - April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Vincennes University students will host a 400 Females and Friends March on April 12. Registration will begin at 4 p.m. (EDT) at VU’s Red Skelton Performing Arts Center, 20 Red Skelton Blvd., with the march beginning at 5 p.m.

To demonstrate solidarity against sexual assault and domestic violence, students in VU’s Paralegal Association and Legal Studies program have aligned the march with national awareness objectives as well as the #METOO and #TIMESUP movements.

Proceeds will benefit charity partners Hope’s Voice and VU’s Larry Stearns Memorial Scholarship fund.
