JASPER, Ind. - Children of all ages are invited to a Halloween Spooktacular event at the Vincennes University Jasper Campus on Oct. 30, 5-7 p.m. (EDT). Admission is free.

There will be five trick-or-treat stops throughout the university buildings with the route beginning at the Campus Bistro. Parking is available in the Ruxer Lot.
