Professor Hensley began her employment at VU as an adjunct Sociology professor in 1999. She became a full-time faculty member in 2010. She teaches Social Work, Sociology, and Psychology classes both on the Vincennes campus and online. Professor Hensley is also the College Mentor for the College of Social Science, Performing Arts, and Communication. Prior to teaching, she worked as a mental health therapist, Vocational Rehabilitation counselor and job coach supervisor.
