Data Governance Council Mission
The Vincennes University’s Data Governance Committee (DGC) is intended to assist in the development and oversight of data governance processes at Vincennes University and help support appropriate, secure, and trustworthy use of data by the institution. The committee will assist in maintaining and ensuring the data integrity of the institution. This framework will enable Vincennes University to manage its data intentionally and consistently to deliver maximum value in support of the institutional mission while promoting student, staff, and faculty privacy.
