Vincennes University is committed to preventing hazing by any group or organization associated with Vincennes University. The university is also committed to transparency when acts of hazing have taken place and have been proven accurate following a thorough investigation. In compliance with IC 21-39-9.1, Vincennes University will publicly publish incidents of hazing, investigatory summary, and any sanctions or punishments as a result thereof. This information will be found on the Student’s Right to Know page of the university website.

IC 35-42-2-2.5 defines hazing as forcing or requiring another person with or without the consent of that person and as a condition of association with a group or organization to perform an act that creates a substantial risk to bodily injury.
