BLAZER ONE CARD ACTIVATION

The BlazerOne Card is the official VU ID card. This card will handle ID card services, such as checking out library books or using your meal plan in Tecumseh dining center (your VU ID is required to enter the dining center). In addition, the Blazer One Card can be used at off-campus locations. 

How to receive and activate your Blazer OneCard

  1. Confirm your mailing address on your VUX ACCOUNT.
  2. You will need your picture taken if you are an on-campus student, at the following locations: Vincennes Campus, Jasper Campus, or ATC-Indianapolis campus.
    In order to submit your photo virtually for your Student ID, you must use the preferred email address you have on file with the university to send an email to VUPHOTO@VINU.EDU that includes the following items:
    • Your Full Name
    • Your Home Mailing Address
    • Your A Number (Student ID Number)
    • A head-shot that you would like to use as your ID photo (needs to be attached as a .jpg file). No hats allowed.
  3. Once your photo has been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your ID Photo has been approved and that you can expect your ID Card to arrive in the mail, along with a Refund Selection Kit from BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.
You will complete Steps 4-7 after you receive your BlazerOne Card in the mail.
  1. Log onto BLAZERONECARD.COM
  2. Once you are on the website click on Get Started
  3. From the green envelope, locate your Personal Code and your Blazer One Card. Enter your Personal Code and Blazer One Card account number when prompted.
  4. Follow the step by step directions to activate

THE REFUND SELECTION KIT OFFERS THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS

Our school delivers your refund and provides you with your official School ID card with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. Even if you do not receive financial aid, there may be instances in which you do receive a refund. For example, a class was dropped during the drop/add period. Students have two different options regarding the way they can receive a refund:

  1. Deposit to an existing account (ex. your checking or savings bank account) - Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BMTX, Inc receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1 - 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
  2. Deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Checking Account - If you open a BankMobile Vibe checking account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BMTX, Inc receives funds from your school.
